Standard
$19/location/mo for locations 1–20, $15/location/mo for 21–50, and $12/location/mo from 51 on — $99/mo minimum, 15% off when billed annually. Continuous monthly monitoring per rooftop, drift findings with evidence, an official-verification workflow, remediation tracking (POS / accounting / spreadsheet-of-record), an audit trail, email alerts plus cadence reminders, CSV import, and unlimited users per account.
Partner (accounting firms)
$12/location flat across all clients, one multi-client dashboard. Firm margin or client discount is the firm's choice.
Founding customer
50% off year one, locked in at signup, for beta customers — written into the beta agreement.
