One plan of features in both: continuous monthly monitoring per rooftop, drift findings with evidence, an official-verification workflow, remediation tracking (POS / accounting / spreadsheet-of-record), an audit trail, email alerts plus cadence reminders, CSV import, and unlimited users per account. Adding or removing a location changes your next invoice by the difference for the days left in the period.
